There are 2
fundraising opportunities you can become a host for.
One is a private event in the privacy of your own home or venue of your choice
that you have worked out ahead of time (example: your family owns a restaurant,
club, bar, big house), and the other is if you ARE the owner of a venue that has
some time available on an off or closed night and want to help us raise funds for this
spectacular show to visit more large venues and east coast touring opportunity. In either case, we all win and have a great time doing
it. This is a perfect opportunity for those who don't want all the
fanfare, accolades or rewards but just want to 'help' and have fun doing it.

#1 "Private
Opportunity
Hosting Fund-Raiser":
10- 50
people maximum 2- 3 hours maximum
| Host
supplies the home/venue, cocktail food, cocktails and/or wine and
beer. Host invites personal list of friends and is responsible
for inviting & collecting the donations to submit a few days
before the event (evite invitations work best or we have a custom
party web page just for you where payments can be submitted as well see
example).
In return for your
fun work, Sugar Davis and 2 singers will perform at your home or
place of choice a 5 song set and provide an informal get-together,
photo opportunity where we will play
jazz music before and after the set and give rewards to each guest. Host also gets sponsorship mention on the website,
in the brochure where they will also have an opportunity to
advertise their own business if applicable, a personally autographed
picture of Sugar Davis, and a tee-shirt.
Guests receive
sponsor listing on website, sugar mini kiss pins, autographed flyer
from Sugar and her Master Girlz, Masterjam tile coaster, and the wonderful opportunity to
be privately entertained in your home or other place for the evening
and the honor of helping sponsor a great show. |

#2 "Venue
Owner Opportunity Hosting
Band Rehearsal Fund Raiser":
100+ people
maximum 3- 4 hours maximum
|
Venue
Host supplies the venue of course, rehearsal space, bar, time for
meet and greet opportunity and PA System if possible and light
refreshments.
In
return for a first hand look behind the scenes of putting this
spectacular show together. Live filming and photo
opportunities at a meet and greet hour and full band rehearsal
(pictures and film will be
uploaded to the website), autograph
signing, entertainment of being able to look in on band rehearsal of
7 songs in the show! We will provide our own door people to
collect funds, sign patrons up as sponsors (in which they will get
thanks on the website) and give rewards of sugar kiss mini pins.
Venue
gets to have the opportunity to benefit from bar sales on an off or
closed night, a half page advertisement in the brochure for next show with company information, personal note to band and coupon spot
if desired. Venue's will also receive a thanks on the website
with a photo and link to their establishment.
